

Rinnai developed a luxurious water-saving technology that would create "instant" hot water anywhere in your home with the push of a button (or a motion detector). Our task was to communicate how it worked by creating a spot for national broadcast, right on the heels of "End the Hot Water Wars." Because we knew both spots would be airing simultaneously, we wanted to make sure they were on point with each other while still communicating two different messages. We created this fun, yet real life problem by simply over expressing the displeasure one has in waiting for hot water to finally arrive.
